Delete your Smoogies account
How to request deletion of your account and associated data, and what happens next.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Settings.
- Open the Account section.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your server account.
Want to keep playing without a login?
Open Settings > Account > Remove login details in the app.
This removes the email/password login from the current player and lets progress continue on that device as a guest profile.
What data is deleted?
Account deletion is intended to permanently remove the current player account and associated gameplay data from the live service.
- Player account and profile
- Linked login details and account access
- Pets and pet progress
- Inventory, balances, adventures, sessions, and related gameplay records
Limited records may be retained only for legal obligations, security or fraud prevention, and normal backup/restore cycles.
Need help with deletion?
If you cannot access the app, contact support and include the email address linked to the account, your player name, or your player code if available.
